Testimonial:
“I’ve being working out with Athos since March 2017, I was lucky to have Athos as my trainer, I told him I was feeling back pain and also felt tired when I was standing too long. After 8 weeks of training with him I felt so much improvement in my posture and becoming back pain-free, I felt so much strong. I started doing exercises that I thought was reserved just for athletes, I like his motivation and I feel great after his workouts.” – Alexandre Alves
Andrea Lo
Personal Trainer

Recognizing my passion for helping others combined with my love for an active lifestyle, becoming a certified personal trainer seemed like the right fit. My focus when training is on our mind-body awareness and how movement in various ways positively affects all aspects of our life. We all have a body so let’s help each other keep it healthy for the long run!
Having always been an active individual playing organized sports from a young age, fitness and movement has been a huge part of my life. From playing community hockey and field hockey leagues growing up on the North Shore to a high performance varsity level, you can still find me on the ice and field on any given weekend. I’ve also coached youth and high school field hockey teams. When the weather is nice, I’ll be rollerblading, running, hiking or playing tennis.

Helia Yekta
Yoga Instructor

Hi, my name is Helia.
My journey with yoga began as a way to reconnect with my body and quiet the busyness of my mind. Over time, it grew into a deeper practice of awareness, compassion, and balance, both on and off the mat. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at YYOGA, along with YHot and Traditional Vinyasa & Philosophy trainings, which shaped the heart-led approach I bring to every class.
In my classes, you can expect a mindful and grounding flow that weaves together breath, movement, and presence. I guide students to explore the balance between effort and ease, honor their unique bodies, and move with intention rather than expectation. Each practice becomes a space to soften, strengthen, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
My hope is that you step off the mat feeling more centered, open, and supported—carrying that sense of calm into your day.
With gratitude and warmth, I look forward to seeing you on the mat.
